Yoga Nidra with Dani

Join us for a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra workshop designed to guide you into profound relaxation and inner awareness. Yoga Nidra—also known as yogic sleep, psychic sleep, or conscious relaxation—is an ancient yoga technique that uses deep relaxation and awareness to tap into the subconscious mind. Yes, by practicing Yoga Nidra, you will feel refreshed, de-stressed, and deeply relaxed—but the benefits go far beyond the physical. Yoga Nidra allows the practitioner to enter the subconscious in a wakeful state, where you may gain insights about yourself and become more receptive to your potential. It’s truly something you need to experience for yourself. “Your practice is the teacher.” In this workshop, you’ll be gently led through a guided journey of body awareness, breath, and visualization—allowing your nervous system to reset and your mind to unwind. We will meet for an hour and a half. During the first half, we’ll explore the theory behind the technique. In the second half, we’ll dive into the actual practice. Whether you’re a seasoned practitioner or just curious, there is space for you.
